In 1992 Pastor Andrew and Minister Mary Loyd dedicated themselves for a Lifetime Commitment to the Lord by opening Love Covenant Word Church.
Love Covenant Word Church was birthed in Orlando, and we held our first church service at the Ramada Inn on West Colonial Drive. Everyone knew renting a hotel hall was temporary, so Pastor and Min. Mary ventured out to find a more permanent building located at 4401 South Orange Avenue in Edgewood, Florida.
Life was good in Suite 102, so good, we had to move to a larger facility within the same complex. We doubled our space at Suite 122. Here we had tremendous moves of the Holy Ghost and spent many hours worshipping the Lord. Many things were birthed spiritually for Love Covenant in that building. Pastor and Min. Mary submitted their lives under their Spiritual Parents, Dr. Leroy and Carolyn Thompson. This had a great impact in their lives both Spiritually and Financially. After five years, the ownership of the building had changed and it was time for us to move on.
Endeavoring to keep their commitment to the Lord and make sure the doors stay open, no matter the cost, we packed up all our belongings and moved the church into 631 W. Lancaster Road in the Lancaster Square Plaza.
Good news travels fast, and with tremendous testimonies of healings, financial gains, lives changed, and souls saved. It didn’t take long for Love Covenant to outgrow this facility. Even though Pastor and Min Mary considered this a “good” problem, they knew some changes had to be made. Once again, we were on the move as we shifted a few doors down to our present location.
During the time here, many ministries have developed and many churches have submitted themselves under Dr. Loyd and Min. Mary. Our name was changed to Love Covenant World Church, where “We are Changing Lives and Touching Nations Through the Supernatural Power of God”.
We have since then changed to Love Covenant Word Center, under the direction of the Holy Ghost to "stay with the Covenant of Love and the Word of God".
When you get a vision from God, you continually grow and change and move until you have reached your highest achievement in Him. We will keep growing and changing until we have completely overtaken this entire plaza with our final move of ownership.
LOVE COVENANT WORD CENTER is on a mission of love. God desires to have many nations of believers who will develop in His love and display His superanatural nature. This ministry is called to build and enhance believers to their full potential for the work of the ministry. Many people in the kingdom lack knowledge and understanding for the purpose of the supernatural. Love Covenant Word Center will endeavor to teach them corporately and individually how to flow in the supernatural impacting the lives of those who are lost. Our mission is to demonstrate the Word with miracles, signs and wonders of the supernatural until the unbeliever and sinner "come into the unity of faith and in the knowledge of the Son of God, unto a mature man, unto the measure of the stature of the fullness of Christ." -- Ephesians 4:13

Dr. Andrew Loyd is both Pastor and Founder of Love Covenant Word Center located in Orlando, Florida. His Aim is to Train and Equip Believers to reach their full potential in God. Through his teaching gift and humor, Dr. Loyd is able to deliver a message of faith and hope. He rightly divides the Word of God to help believers understand that God wants to bless them in every area of their lives.
He is a conference speaker, worship leader and travels internationally. He is also the author of “Understanding the Heart of Faithfulness”. He is a graduate of Rhema Bible College in Tulsa, Oklahoma and holds a Doctorate from Life Christian University in Tampa, Florida. Dr. Loyd is credentialed through Rhema Bible College, as well as Word of Life Christian Center in Darrow, Louisiana under Dr. Leroy Thompson.
Dr. Loyd truly is Apostolic and is Anointed for Wealth. He is a forerunner in the realm of receiving supernatural prosperity. He teaches biblical principles on how to become wealthy and be used by God to finance the Gospel. This understanding of divine wealth has opened the door for him to teach at the "Millionare University", which is a school designed to teach and mentor those who want to learn both spiritually and naturally how to gain increase in their finances.
Dr. Loyd is the Founder of Love Covenant Ministerial Association International (LCMAI), which is an association for ministers to receive licensing and ordination. He provides spiritual oversight and continual training in IRS tax laws, church laws and administration and many other aspects of church related subjects. It is his desire that all Ministers of the Gospel walk in Integrity and Excellence.
He lives in beautiful Windermere, Florida with his wife Mary and daughter Janna.

Covenant Community Development Center
Covenant Community Development Center was founded by Dr. Andrew Loyd, as a not-for-profit 501(c)3 based in Southeast Orlando, Florida. The empowerment-based missions of CCDC is being realized through its support of tutoring programs, education, entrepreneurship, and its innovative approach to making a difference, both here in Southeast Orlando and throughout Central Florida.
Covenant Community Development Center has been praised by the people for their generous support of after school tutoring and summer programs for youth. CCDC has benefited the community of Southeast Orlando for several years with outreach programs that have provided food and clothes to lower-income families and the homeless. CCDC is also working to assist economically and socially disadvantage individuals to achieve self-sufficiency, provide free health screening, offer GED classes, job training, counseling, and to promote home ownership. We strive to focus on the entire family.
Southeast Orlando has no other available centers that would help people in every area of life. Covenant Community Development Center has filled a definite void in the community. Partnerships are being formed with several local nonprofits such as The Mustard Seed, Florida Workforce Agency, Orange County Health Department, and The Coalition for the Homeless.
